3. Insurance

We recommend in all Deposit and Final Confirmation Packages travel insurance that offers you options to cover baggage, accident/ life, and/or trip cancellation. Trip cancellation insurance reimburses you for non-refundable air and land costs if you have to cancel a trip due to personal or family illness or accident. The insurance that we recommend also provides coverage for all pre-existing conditions if you complete your insurance form and postmark it within seven calendar days of our receipt of your deposit. We highly recommend that you obtain this insurance.

We suggest either Generali Global Assistance or Travel Guard International ; The fastest and easiest way is to purchase your insurance on-line by clicking the link above after you have completed your reservation with Mission Travel Tours. The link will take you directly to the insurance website, where in minutes you can be insured in full for your trip with us. The insurance company will send you an insurance certificate. Please keep in mind that the insurance companies make additional benefits available to you if you take out the insurance within 15* days of making your reservation with us.

Although we endeavor to provide you with accurate information about these requirements it remains the responsibility of each traveler to verify that he or she has the appropriate travel documents for his or her nationality. MTT is not liable for any expenses or costs arising from any traveler being prohibited from entering a country scheduled to be visited on a trip.

Upon payment, tickets will be issued immediately (during normal business hours) and once issued, are non-refundable. Once tickets are purchased, some airlines may allow for changes to the ticket and specific fee's and allowances vary by the airline. Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs, and taxes. Mission Travel Tours reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs, and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Mission Travel Tours also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Mission Travel Tours control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. In such a case if cancelations are made we ask that our valued clients recognize that there are expenses, including unrecoverable third-party deposits, that MTT may not recoup as the planned date of a trip approaches and as a result, a 100% refund is not always possible. However, we are making every effort to recover, for the benefit our travelers, as many of those expenses as we are able.

11. Promotional Photography

Mission Travel Tours reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any journey or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the travel journey and be accompanied by supporting documentation and/or a statement from the Operating Company verifying the claim. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. We will be happy to provide you with instructions on how to contact the hotels yourself or to make these reservations for you. If you elect to have MTT make these reservations for you, the hotels require that we provide them with a credit card number to hold these reservations or, on rare occasions, to send them payment in advance of arrival. We will advise you of specific hotel payment policies.

Trip prices are based on two people per room. If you are traveling alone, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender, or you can choose to room alone, paying the single supplement. There are a limited number of single rooms available on all trips.
